SVGALib support patches: you need svgalib-1.4.2 or higher, see
www.svgalib.org.
Please do a "make distclean" after applying the patch.
To link to svgalib you need to edit Makefile.conf after
./default-configure (see the QuickStart file). A quick
and dirty way to do this is to add "-lvga" and,
if appropriate, "-L/usr/local/lib" to the line starting with
"export XLIBSW=".
